Day 1 – Arrive in Bagdogra/Alipur IXB/Hasimara IX and transfer to Phuntsholing
Day 2 – Phuntsholing to Thimphu.

Travel Duration: Approximately 4-5 hours (155 km from Bagdogra, 160 km from NJP, 80 km from Hasimara)
• Arrival at Bagdogra/NJP/Hasimara: Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted by our representative.
• Transfer to Phuntsholing: Enjoy a scenic drive through the lush landscapes and small towns. You'll cross into Bhutan, arriving at the border town of Phuntsholing.
• Check-in at Hotel: After arriving in Phuntsholing, check into your hotel and relax.
• Sightseeing in Phuntsholing: Visit the Zangto Pelri Lhakhang, a small temple representing Guru Rinpoche's paradise, and the Bhutan Gate, which marks the entry into Bhutan.
• Dinner and Overnight Stay: Enjoy a traditional Bhutanese dinner at your hotel.
Overnight in Phuntsholing.
Travel Duration: Approximately 5-6 hours (170 km)
• Breakfast at Hotel: Start your day with a hearty breakfast.
• Transfer to Thimphu: Depart for Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. En route, enjoy
the picturesque views of mountains, rivers, and villages.
• Check-in at Hotel: Upon arrival in Thimphu, check into your hotel.
• Sightseeing in Thimphu:
o Tashichho Dzong: Visit the impressive fortress and monastery that houses the
throne room of the King of Bhutan.
o Buddha Dordenma Statue: Marvel at one of the largest Buddha statues in the
world, located atop a hill.
o Memorial Chorten: Explore this stupa built in memory of the third King, Jigme
Dorji Wangchuck.
• Dinner and Overnight Stay: Relish a delicious Bhutanese dinner and rest for the night.
Overnight in Thimphu.

o Motithang Takin Preserve: See the national animal of Bhutan, the Takin.

Overnight in Thimphu

• Transfer to Punakha: Drive to Punakha, the former capital of Bhutan, known for its stunning landscapes and historical sites.
• Check-in at Hotel: Upon arrival, check into your hotel.
• Sightseeing in Punakha:
o Punakha Dzong: Visit the majestic Punakha Dzong, located at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers.
o Suspension Bridge: Experience the thrill of walking across one of the longest suspension bridges in Bhutan.
o Chimi Lhakhang: Visit the "Temple of Fertility" dedicated to the Divine Madman, Lama Drukpa Kuenley.

Overnight in Punakha

Travel Duration: Approximately 4-5 hours (125 km)

• Transfer to Paro: Drive to Paro, a charming town with a rich cultural heritage.
• Check-in at Hotel: Upon arrival, check into your hotel.
• Sightseeing in Paro:
o Rinpung Dzong: Visit this historic fortress and monastery with stunning views of the Paro Valley.
o National Museum of Bhutan: Explore the museum housed in the Ta Dzong, showcasing Bhutanese art, artifacts, and history.
o Kyichu Lhakhang: Visit one of the oldest and most sacred temples in Bhutan.
• Dinner and Overnight Stay: Enjoy a delightful dinner and relax at your hotel.
Overnight in Paro
Hotel: Gonju Boutique/ Khamsum/ Nirvana Inn or similar
Breakfast at Hotel: Energize yourself with a hearty breakfast.
• Transfer to Tiger's Nest Base: Drive to the base of Tiger's Nest Monastery (Taktsang Monastery).
• Start Hike to Tiger's Nest: Embark on a memorable hike to the iconic Tiger's Nest Monastery. The hike takes approximately 3-4 hours round trip. Enjoy breathtaking views and the serene ambiance of this sacred site.
• Lunch: Have lunch at a nearby cafe or picnic spot.
• Return to Paro: Descend back to Paro and return to your hotel.
• Leisure Time: Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring Paro town or relaxing at your hotel.
• Dinner and Overnight Stay: Enjoy a delightful dinner and relax.
Overnight in Paro
Hotel: Gonju Boutique/ Khamsum/ Nirvana Inn
Travel Duration: Approximately 5-6 hours (160 km)
• Breakfast at Hotel: Have a final breakfast in Paro.
• Transfer to Phuntsholing: Embark on your journey back to Phuntsholing, taking in the scenic beauty along the way.
• Drop at Phuntsholing: Upon arrival in Phuntsholing, our representative will assist you with the onward journey or departure.

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The avance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)...
